Viora Era is an Indian clothing brand focused on design, quality, and customer convenience. We design the products offered on our platform, while fulfillment, including printing, packaging, and shipping, is managed by our third party print on demand partners. This model enables us to offer exclusive, made-to-order apparel without maintaining physical inventory.
2.Product Information
All products are custom printed upon order placement. Every effort is made to represent product colors and styles accurately. However, minor variations in color or finish may occur due to screen display differences or the printing process.
3.Orders and Payments
Once an order is placed, it is processed automatically with our print partner and cannot be canceled or modified. All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) under Indian tax regulations, unless otherwise stated. We accept secure payments through credit and debit cards, UPI, digital wallets, and net banking.
4.Shipping and Delivery
As products are printed on demand, delivery timelines typically range from 5 to 7 business days, depending on the delivery location. Orders are shipped directly from our fulfillment partner’s facility. Tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched.
5.Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
As we operate on a print on demand model, the following policy applies:
Returns or exchanges are accepted only in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items. In the event of a defective product, customers must notify us at support@vioraera.com within 24 hours of delivery, providing clear images or video evidence along with the order ID. Returns are not accepted for reasons of size, fit, or change of mind. Customers are advised to consult the size guide prior to placing an order. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

6.Intellectual Property
